We realised there was a need within the casual staffing scene to provide better conditions, representation and accessibility to both employees, and the facilities who need them.

More and more people are seeking to fit work in around their life rather than be dictated by it. With this realisation, they make their work their business. Not only can this select group of people do their job well, they excel in providing efficiency and quality which benefits everyone.

So we freshened up the idea of facilitating casual staffing with a few welcome changes. The end result is a select group of people who go the extra mile with their work - for themselves and the facilities they attend to enjoy!
